It is often difficult for media professionals to specify construction projects which need to be defined in terms of Architecture, acoustics, power, and air conditioning. We understand both the media production requirements and the construction process – we therefore act as a bridge between the two. With hundreds of projects behind us, we also know the pitfalls and try gain enough information from the client to ensure nothing is missed out of the specification.
Media projects are complex and we are expert project managers and are very used to high speed projects with tight budgets, bringing your project team together to the successful conclusion of the project.
We offer detailed acoustic design where required – or can work with the project team’s acoustic consultant to ensure the client’s specification is being delivered. We also offer pre and post acoustics testing.
We have worked with some very experienced, architects, structural engineers and M&E consultants – We are happy to assist them in specifying the client’s requirements in their language.
We can support the client in final acceptance, ensuring; all approvals are in place, commissioning is complete, O&M manuals are complete and all snagging is signed off at the end of the project.
